These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of a subscription from Infinite Aura. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use. Where the two conflict, these Subscription Terms prevail in relation to your purchase.
1. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
A subscription gives you access, for the duration of the subscription, to digital content made available on the Site: photographs and video of an explicit adult nature.
You are buying access, not ownership. The content is licensed to you under section 4 of the Terms of Use, for private, non-commercial use only. No physical product is delivered.
Content is added and, occasionally, removed over time. We do not guarantee that any particular item will remain available for the whole of your subscription, but we will not materially reduce the overall scope of what you have paid for.
Where a plan states a publishing frequency, we aim to meet it. Occasional delays do not amount to non-conformity, provided the overall volume of content over a Subscription Period corresponds to what was announced.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally permitted to access adult material where you live. We may verify this and may refuse or cancel a subscription where we are not satisfied that you qualify.
3. PRICE
The price of each subscription plan is shown on the Site before you order.
All prices are stated in euro (EUR). There are no additional charges from us. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.
4. HOW TO ORDER
- Select a plan and confirm your order on the checkout page.
- Before you confirm, you will see the total price, the duration, the renewal terms and the date on which your access starts.
- You confirm the order by clicking the button marked "Order with obligation to pay" (or equivalent wording). This creates a binding contract.
- Payment is processed by our payment service provider. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. If you ask for immediate access, the first payment is taken when you order. If you keep your right of withdrawal, the first payment is taken on the day your access starts (see section 8).
- We send you a confirmation by email on a durable medium, including these Subscription Terms and the confirmation described in section 8.
If payment fails, no contract comes into existence and no access is granted.

6. ACCESS AND DELIVERY
If you ask for immediate access, access is activated as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within minutes. If you keep your right of withdrawal, access begins after the 14-day withdrawal period, as set out in section 8. You access the content by signing in to your account on the Site.
You need an internet connection and a current web browser. Content is provided by streaming. Download is available only where a download function is expressly offered.
7. DURATION, RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
Your subscription runs for the period shown at checkout (the "Subscription Period") and renews automatically for successive periods of the same length, at the price then in force, unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time, with effect from the end of the current Subscription Period. Cancel through your account settings or by emailing contact@infinite-aura.space. Cancellation is free of charge.
If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund a period that has already started, except where the law requires it or where section 11 or 12 applies.
Belgian consumers: where a fixed-term contract is tacitly renewed, you have the right under Article VI.91 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law to terminate the renewed contract at any time, without penalty, subject to a notice period of no more than two months.
We may terminate your subscription on thirty (30) days' notice; in that case we refund the unused portion of the period you have paid for.
How a pro-rata refund is calculated. Wherever these Terms provide for a refund of the unused portion, the amount is the number of full days remaining in the paid period, divided by the total number of days in that period, multiplied by the price paid for that period. We pay it to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days of the event giving rise to the refund, at no cost to you.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
As a consumer you normally have fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
For digital content supplied without a physical carrier, this right is lost once performance has begun, provided that you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right (Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law; Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
At checkout you are asked to confirm the following. The box is not pre-ticked.
I expressly request that access to the digital content begins immediately, and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.
If you tick the box, your access starts immediately, the first payment is taken when you order, and your right of withdrawal is lost as soon as access is activated. We confirm this to you in the order confirmation email.
If you leave the box unticked, you keep your right of withdrawal in full. Your Subscription Period, your access and your first payment all start on the day after the 14-day withdrawal period ends; the checkout page shows you that date. Nothing is charged before that date.
To withdraw during those 14 days, cancel your order in your account. Your order is then cancelled, nothing is charged, and we confirm this to you immediately by email. You may also withdraw by any other clear statement, for example by emailing contact@infinite-aura.space or by using the withdrawal form in section 10.
You may switch to immediate access at any time during the waiting period, from your account settings. Doing so requires the same acknowledgement; the first payment is then taken that day, and your right of withdrawal ends at that moment.
Nothing in this section affects your rights under section 11 if the content is faulty.
9. PRICE CHANGES
We may change subscription prices. We will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before a change takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal.
If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect. If you do not cancel, the new price applies.
10. WITHDRAWAL FORM
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract and have not waived your right of withdrawal under section 8.

11. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
We must supply the digital content as described on the Site and in these Subscription Terms. This is a legal guarantee under Articles VI.83/1 and following of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770. It applies for the whole period during which the content is supplied.
If the content is not supplied, or does not match its description, you may require us to put this right. If we fail to do so within a reasonable time, or the problem is serious, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract and receive a proportionate refund, calculated as set out in section 7.
To make a claim, email contact@infinite-aura.space describing the problem. We will respond within seven (7) days.
This guarantee is free of charge and in addition to any other right you have.
12. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Short interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons do not entitle you to a refund. If access is unavailable for more than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours through our fault, you may request a pro-rata credit or extension for the affected period.
13. PAYMENT PROBLEMS AND CHARGEBACKS
If a payment is reversed, charged back or fails, we may suspend access until the matter is resolved.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at contact@infinite-aura.space. We will investigate and, where the charge was wrong, refund it promptly. Raising the matter with us directly is usually faster than a chargeback and does not affect any of your legal rights.
14. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
Your subscription is personal. Sharing your login, or copying or distributing the content, is a material breach of section 4 of the Terms of Use. We may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund and pursue any further remedy available to us.
15. PRIVACY
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice. Note in particular that we treat the fact of your subscription as a special category of personal data and process it only on the basis of your explicit consent.
16. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Please contact us first at contact@infinite-aura.space. We acknowledge complaints within seven (7) days and aim to resolve them within thirty (30) days.

These Subscription Terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts there.
